Bender joins Ascenso at a pivotal time of rapid growth, driven by the company’s continued investments in advanced engineering, performance testing, and technology-forward tire design. His strong background in tire product management and in-depth understanding of end-user needs in the agricultural market position him to play a key role in advancing Ascenso’s innovation initiatives.
Well known across the industry for his passion, precision, and dedication to customer success, Bender will lead several strategic programs that will shape Ascenso’s next phase of development. His responsibilities will include designing and delivering product and sales training, strengthening collaboration with dealers and field teams, and expanding performance testing. He will also oversee the rollout of new product developments across Ascenso’s rapidly expanding product portfolio.
Working closely with Ascenso’s engineering and manufacturing teams, Bender will help enhance alignment between plant operations and field requirements—ensuring that customer feedback, market trends, and technology advancements translate seamlessly into product innovation.
